The aim of the project is to monitor TYLCD-associated viral species and recombinants on cucurbit and tomato crops, which have a particular impact in the Mediterranean area. Total genomic DNA was extracted from pooled leaves, enriched in circular DNA, through Rolling Circle Amplification and sequenced with Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) MinION platform.
