Single-cell RNA sequencing of Arabidopsis inner leaf tissues identifies myrosin and glucosinolate-producing cells

The glucosinolate-myrosinase complexes (GMC), characteristic of Brassicales, are involved in plant defense. Here, we used the single-cell transcriptome profiles of extended Arabidopsis leaves and verified the distribution of previously used markers to refine the expression profiles of GMC-associated cell types.
