Biogeochemical processes in Baltic Sea sediments as a recorder of environmental change over the Holocene

This dataset comprises phosphorus (P) extraction data and reprocessed metagenomic sequencing data collected from sediment samples at multiple sites in the Baltic Sea. The P extraction data is derived from samples collected at Little Belt (M0059). The metagenomic sequencing data originates from sediment samples collected at three sites: Little Belt (M0059), Bornholm Basin (M0065), and Landsort Deep (M0063).
