PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet containing pulp and fine fibrous cellulose， and in which， by the addition of fine fibrous cellulose， the elastic modulus is improved. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a sheet， containing a conifer pulp， a hardwood pulp， and a fibrous cellulose having a fiber width of 1000 nm or less and having a phosphite group， or a substituent derived from a phosphite group， and， when setting the content of conifer pulp as N and the content of hardwood pulp as L， the value of N/L is 1 or more and 8 or less.
