Replication Package for AI-Enabled Investment Scorecards for Smart-City Infrastructure Financing

This replication package supports the manuscript “AI-Enabled Investment Scorecards for Smart-City Infrastructure Financing under Energy, Carbon, and Geoeconomic Risk.” It contains processed WDI/ESG panel data, World Bank PPI and European Investment Bank benchmarking outputs, external prediction validation results, leave-one-country-out validation tables, Python scripts, figures, supplementary materials, and submission support files. The package enables replication of the XGBoost external prediction validation, leave-one-country-out transferability checks, and external infrastructure benchmarking analyses reported in the manuscript.
