资源简介:
Objective To analyze the implementation of China's chronic disease prevention and control policy from 2014 to 2021, and provide basis for strengthening the implementation of chronic disease prevention and control policy. Methods The data came from the surveillance reports on chronic disease prevention and control in 2015, 2017, 2020 and 2022 released by WHO. Excel 2021 software was used to establish a database, mainly to compare and analyze the overall implementation of chronic disease prevention and control policies in China, the world and G20 countries from 2014 to 2021. To analyze the implementation scores and changes of China's chronic disease prevention and control policies from 2014 to 2021.Results The total score and total implementation rate of China's chronic disease prevention and control policies in 2021 are both higher than the global average, but lower than the average of G20 countries (8.5 vs 7.0, 10.5; 47.2% vs. 38.9%, 52.8%); In the seven-year period from 2014 to 2021, the growth rate of the total implementation of China's chronic disease prevention and control policies was 11.8 percent, and China's ranking among 19 G20 countries rose from 15th in 2014 to 13th in 2021. Of the 18 chronic disease prevention and control policies in China in 2021, China will implement six, including the national chronic disease prevention and control target, chronic disease risk factors survey, the national comprehensive chronic disease prevention and control plan, children's food marketing policy, the promotion of sports activities and the approval of diagnosis and treatment guidelines for four major chronic diseases. Part of the implementation of 7, including cause of death monitoring, three tobacco policies (increase tobacco taxes, warning of tobacco hazards and ban tobacco advertising), restrictions on alcohol sales, salt reduction policy, breast milk substitute sales policy; Five items were not implemented, including the realization of smoke-free places, two policies to limit harmful drinking (banning alcohol advertising and taxing alcohol), a high-fat policy, and the provision of medication and management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Conclusion From 2014 to 2021, the implementation of China's chronic disease prevention and control policies has been gradually improved, and policies related to chronic disease risk factors such as smoking, alcohol consumption and unhealthy diet still need to be further strengthened.
