NeuroID_scRNAseq. NeuroID_scRNAseq

NeuroID aims to perform targeted CRISPR screens on candidate neurodegenerative disease mutations with phenotypic and single cell transcriptomic readouts to address the link between human genetics, cellular phenotype and disease. We wish to perform these analyses in disease-appropriate cell types (neurons, astrocytes and microglia), and have therefore generated several iPSC-inducible lines to produce these cells. The current experiment looks at the transcriptomic profiles of our induced cell types to ensure that they are appropriate for use in the subsequent screening experiments.
