This dataset comprises the full ANME-2a network in gephi binary format. To open the graphic file, you need to install the software with the same name. You can download the GEPHI software on gephi.org. In addition to the Gephi file, I have made available some tabular files containing the data discussed in the article in TSV (Tab-Separated Values) format.Moreover, all files necessary to reproduce the Fisher test with a False Discovery Rate below 5% are available in the pathway subfolder, including Python scripts.
