硫磺矿硫化叶菌(Sulfolobus solfataricus)来源的尿嘧啶磷酸核糖转移酶(uracil phosphoribosyltransferase, UPRTase)不对称GTP结合结构:该结构的一半活性位点含有5-磷酸核糖-1-焦磷酸-镁离子复合物(phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate-Mg²+, PRPP-Mg²+),另一半活性位点则含有5-磷酸核糖(ribose-5-phosphate, R5P)与焦磷酸(pyrophosphate, PPi)。
