Fire blight is a devastating bacterial disease on Rosaceae kernel fruit trees. Its pathogen is Erwinia amyloliquefaciens. In order to determine whether Korla Fragrant Pear planting area in Xinjiang is infected with fire blight, we collected pear branches with similar symptoms of fire blight in this area. After the bacteria on pear trees were isolated, the whole genome was sequenced by Illumina PE150 sequencing platform
