Matrix of UniFrac distances calculated for all pairwise combinations of 32 male song sparrows genotyped at MHC IIß. This file is identical to file Dryad8 except that it includes individual identity along the top row.本文件为针对32只在MHC IIβ（主要组织相容性复合体IIβ链，Major Histocompatibility Complex class II β chain）位点完成基因分型的雄性歌带鹀的全部两两组合计算得到的UniFrac距离（UniFrac）矩阵。该文件与Dryad8文件完全一致，仅在顶部行包含了个体标识信息。
