By processing the data collected by the oscilloscope in a MATLAB script and calibrating it with the measurement results of a sreak camera, the beam length and phase information can be obtained bunch by bunch and turn by turn. The uncertainty of a single beam length measurement is better than 1ps, and the resolution can be better than 0.05ps under multi-circle averaging or multi-beam averaging
