资源简介:
Boric acid is the common physiological form of Boron in human body. There is an ongoing effort to illuminate its biological effects via in vitro and in vivo experimental settings. Many of the biological effects of boric acid are known to be concentration dependent. In this study, genome-wide transcriptional effects of boric acid treatment on HepG2 cell line at IC50 level was investigated. Overall design: RNA was harvested from either HepG2 cells treated with 24 mM boric acid (IC50 level) for 24 hours or untreated HepG2 cells. RNA samples obtained from treated cells (n=3) and untreated cells (n=3) were hybridized to Affymetrix HuGene 1.0st arrays.
