CRISPRa screen in NIH-3T3 cells with Hedgehog reporter

The goal of this study was to identify negative regulators of cilium-dependent Hedgehog signaling. Sequencing results are provided from a genome-wide CRISPRa over-expression screen conducted in mouse NIH-3T3 fibroblasts using a Hedgehog-dependent reporter. The reporter gene links Gli-dependent transcription to expression of a blasticidin resistance gene. The screen used the 'Caprano' guide RNA library and sgRNA amplicon samples were sequenced from cells subjected to blasticidin selection vs unselected control cells.
