ATAC-seq analysis of the functional effect of targeting Vdac2 in tumor cells under the condition of chronic IFNg stimulation that induces IFNg resistance. B16-OVA tumor cells that were previously treated with vehicle or chronic IFNg stimulation were inoculated into C57BL/6 mice and collected at day 15 after tumor injection by sorting from tumor tissues, followed by ATAC-seq analysis.
