Data supporting the PhD thesis: Towards Occupant -Centered Automated Facades Interaction: Requirements to Enhance Acceptance of Automated Control Strategies

This repository contains the research data underlying the dissertation <strong>“Towards Occupant-Centered Automated Façades: Interaction Requirements to Enhance Acceptance of Automated Control Strategies.”</strong> The dataset supports a series of studies investigating how building occupants interact with automated façade and building-service controls, and how interaction characteristics (e.g., availability of personal control, automation modes, feedback/cues, and interface characteristics) influence occupant behaviour, preferences, satisfaction, and acceptance of automated control strategies.
