Gene expression profile and TCR sequencing data of CD45+ cells sorted from single cell suspensions of tumors after in vitro anti-CD3 stimulation and treatments

We aimed to analyze the transcriptomic difference of tumor-infiltrating immune cells treated with anti-PD-1 blockade and/or HPK1 inhibitor. Overall design: Single cell suspensions of tumors were stimulated with soluble anti-CD3 antibody or tumor-specific stimulation wirh or without HPK1 inhibitor or anti-PD-1 blocking antibody. The cells were incubated for 96 hours, and live CD45+ cells or CD8+ cells were sorted using flow cytometry. The sorted cells were processed into single cell RNA/TCR sequencing.
