Analysis of lncRNA, miRNA, mRNA and interaction network in perirenal adipose tissue of high-fat fed mice by whole transcriptome sequencing

Obesity is a global health problem that is often related to high-fat diet. In this study, the mice were fed with high-fat diet, the perirenal adipose tissues were collected, and the high-throughput sequencing technology was used to reveal the differential expression of lncRNAs, miRNAs, and mRNAs, the molecular regulation mechanism of lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA.
