Transactional Lifecycle Audit: Verdict, Localization, and Performance Source Data

Numerical source data, evidence ledgers, manifests, case registry, figure-source tables, and reproducibility evidence supporting transactional lifecycle audits of path-dependent nonlinear computational models, including the DOLFINx/PETSc host, P5 failure-sweep evidence, P6R projections, and P7a adjudication used in the accompanying manuscript. This dataset accompanies Transactional Lifecycle Audit: Reproducibility Software for Path-Dependent Computational Models (all software versions: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21536450). It excludes the private Abaqus/UEL doctoral-production project, unpublished production meshes, and unpublished long-window carbon-storage application outputs. Historical CMAME-* identifiers in frozen manifests and protocol files are immutable development-stage provenance labels retained for checksum continuity; they do not identify the current target journal or an active concurrent submission.
