Evolutionary genomics of Australian Treefrogs (genus Litoria)

This project used genomic data to investigate the evolutionary history of Australian Treefrogs (genus Litoria). In particular, it aims to answer how these species originate. To achieve this, it first aims to produce the required resources to characterise the genome of these species. It will then build upon these resources with targeted evolutionary questions.
