Compute-power coordination code and derived data

This release contains portable Python code and study-generated derived data for reproducing the reported compute-power coordination analyses. It includes numerical source data for main and supplementary figures, parameter-boundary and controlled-network results, provenance manifests, and scripts to regenerate figures and verify numerical claims. It does not redistribute third-party raw data; those inputs remain available from their original sources.
