Insolvency.<br>Topics: debt claims of the company in 2015 against the following kinds of debtors and time of payment: domestic debtors, debtors in the European Union (plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland), debtors in other countries; share of foreign debt claims in 2015 turnover (in percent); difficulty of recovering unpaid foreign or domestic debt claims in 2015; enforcement of unpaid debt claims of the abovementioned kinds via judicial or out-of-court procedures in 2015 in relation to amount of debt; importance of the rights against debtors with regard to investments in firms in foreign countries; difficulty of finding information on companies’ rights against debtors in foreign countries; important obstacles regarding investments in or trade with foreign firms.
