RADseq bleaching response data from Montipora capitata (Tracking 2014 Hawaiian Coral Bleaching Event project)

<p>RADseq bleaching response data from Montipora capitata.</p> <p>Colony health of tagged corals has been monitored since July 2014 (before the project was funded) and will continue through the spring of 2016.&nbsp; Monitoring consists of weekly surveys of 60 individual coral colonies at 6 sites using Coral Watch color reference scores and photographs.
