This dataset contains relevant data and processed results from 56 high-throughput activity screening assays against over 40 target proteins using the full pentapeptide library, aimed at supporting peptide drug discovery. The core data of this dataset originates from high-throughput screening experiments conducted with 384-well plates. Each 384-well plate in the experiment contains multiple 80-membered cyclic peptides, and the screening performance of each such peptide is evaluated through two rounds of readings and subsequent data processing. The data processing workflow accounts for factors such as outliers and inter-plate variations, and mitigates their impact on assay readouts via computational approaches. The resulting computational data can reflect the relative activity of each 80-membered cyclic peptide to a certain extent, aiding in the identification of cyclic peptides with potential pharmaceutical activity and providing a reliable reference for subsequent drug development and optimization.
