Clinical data was collected on 49 patients with Systemic AL Amyloidosis. All data has been de-identified. 22 patients had amyloid in the bone marrow (labeled as 1 in column B) and 27 did not have amyloid in the bone marrow (labeled as 0 in column B). Microscope images have also been included on seven samples that had amyloid in the bone marrow. For each sample, Congo red images in normal and polarized light are included. A well as images on H&E staining. Images were acquired with Olympus BX51 microscope with Infinity HD camera. Original magnification is specified in the image name. ie HE x20 means Hemtoxylin & Eosin original magnification 200 (20 objective and x10 ocular).
