Replication Data for: Validity and reliability of the Neurodevelopmental Screening Tool (NDST) in screening for neurodevelopmental disorders in children living in rural Kenyan coast

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"Validity and reliability of the Neurodevelopmental Screening Tool (NDST) in screening for neurodevelopmental disorders in children living in rural Kenyan coast.\" The dataset includes individual-level data for survey participants aged 6-9 years living in Kilifi county Kenya who were prospectively recruited between 2015-2016 , to estimate the prevalence of neurodevelopmental disorders.The data were collected by trained field workers and neuropsychological assessors in two stages. Stage one involved community level screening of randomly selected children while stage two was a confirmatory stage where all those who screened positive in stage one and a proportion of those who screened negative were assessed bytrained neuropsychological assessors. A data dictionary with variable descriptions and value labels provided is included in the package.本数据集为题为《肯尼亚沿海农村地区儿童神经发育障碍筛查中神经发育筛查工具（Neurodevelopmental Screening Tool, NDST）的效度与信度》的手稿的复现数据集。数据集包含2015至2016年间前瞻性招募的肯尼亚基利菲县6至9岁受访儿童的个体层面数据，用于估算神经发育障碍的患病率。数据由经过培训的外勤人员与神经心理评估师分两阶段采集：第一阶段为社区层面的随机抽样儿童筛查；第二阶段为确证阶段，对第一阶段筛查结果呈阳性的全部儿童以及部分筛查结果呈阴性的儿童，由经过培训的神经心理评估师开展评估。数据包中附带包含变量说明与数值标签的数据字典（data dictionary）。
