RNA- sequencing of yeast model of Huntington's disease

Yeast model of Huntington's disease, BY4741 yeast strains transformed with Htt 72Q were treated with Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 , Vitamin B12 and folic acid in combination. This treatment showed a favourable results in clearing the aggregates as seen in Htt 72Q, which was observed under a flourescent microscope. To study the global change in gene expression that would have taken place with the treatment of Vitamins, RNA sequencing was carried out on Htt 72Q control group and Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9, Vitamin B12 and Folic acid treated Htt 72Q group.
