Our studies provide novel molecular insights into the activity and function of EHMT1 during PCa progression and suggest a novel therapeutic strategy to treat CRPC with EHMT1 inhibitors. V5 (EHMT1) ChIP-Seq were performed in LNCaP cells with/out treatment of 0.5ug/mL doxycycline for two days. H3K9me2 ChIP-Seq were performed in LNCaP cells with/out treatment of 0.5ug/mL doxycycline for two days. EHMT1 ChiP-Seq was performed in LNCaP cells without treatment. All ChIP-seq samples contain replications.
