Allele-specific 4C-seq of rs2836411 located in the ERG gene in HUVEC and HASMCs

Allele-specific circular chromosome conformation capture sequencing (4C-seq) using the single nucleotide polymorphism rs2836411 as a bait was performed in two cell types: human umibilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) and human aortic smooth muscle cells (HASMCs). 4C-seq was performed in HUVECs containing the C and T allele of rs2836411, and in HASMCs homozygous for the major allele (CC). For each cell line, two replicates and one control (omitting the first ligation step) library were prepared. The control for HASMCs was performed in a cell line homozygous for the minor alllele (TT).
