This is the first study of Mycobacterium kansasii whole-genome sequencing from Turkey. The results of this study provide important information about the strain of Mycobacterium kansasii that is prevalent in Turkey. Additionally, these findings can significantly help to detection of mutations compared to other Mycobacterium kansasii strains found other countries.
