Here we analyzed the gene expression dynamics of human cells reprogramming by using single cell RNA-seq (sc-RNAseq). Overall design: Human BJ fibroblasts were reprogrammed to induced pluripotent stem cells in microfluidics chambers through mRNA transfections. Samples were harvested before the first transfection (D0), 3 days after transfection (D3) and then every 2 days (D5, D7, D9, D11, D13 and D15). All the samples were cryopreserved and finally analyzed through single cell RNA sequencing.
