The ImmgenT Open-Source project

This SuperSeries is composed of the SubSeries listed below. The immgen T OpenSource Project is a collaborative effort involving 100 participants across 41 laboratories, working together to create the most comprehensive atlas of T cells in the mouse immune system. Leveraging a common data generation pipeline, the goal is to profile T cells in every body location, capturing their diverse states in response to a broad range of immunological challenges and physiological states (infection, autoimmune, tumor, aging), and how specific gene programs drive this diversity. Profiling was performed at the single-cell level, with multimodal mRNA, surface protein (CITE-seq/TotalSeq, 128 antibody panel), and TCR-VDJ (paired TCRα/TCRβ).
