Ecoregion-Constrained Mapping of Permanent Forest Cover Loss and Multi-Scale Attribution of Its Spatiotemporal Indicators in China (2001–2020)

Annual 30-meter permanent forest cover loss (PFCL) maps for forest-dominated ecoregions in China (2001–2020), generated using the Ecoregion-Constrained Feature-fusion and Temporal-Spectral-Trajectory (ECF-TST) framework.Methodology: Ecoregion-constrained Random Forest models trained on Landsat time series, with a three-year persistence rule to distinguish permanent loss from temporary disturbances.
