Airbnb Superhost rating fragility and badge rates, 2026

Two measurements over Airbnb listings with 10 or more reviews in 123 cities across 37 countries, built from Inside Airbnb's public June 2026 snapshots. Fragility: of listings whose all-time rating clears Airbnb's 4.8 Superhost line, how many would fall below it after a single 1-star review (44.0% of 541,244 listings above 4.8). Badge vs rating: how many listings at each all-time rating actually hold the Superhost badge (25.1% of listings below 4.8 do; 33.4% of those at or above it do not). Per-city and per-country CSVs, full JSON results and two charts. Method and limitations (all-time vs trailing-12-month rating, quarterly lag, listing rather than host as the unit) are in the README.
