该数据资源为张家口市应急管理局地震和地质灾害防御科履行监督全市建设工程的抗震设防要求和地震安全性评价工作；会同有关部门推动地震安全社区建设，做好农村民居及其它建筑物、构筑物地震安全工作。
This data resource covers the responsibilities of the Earthquake and Geohazard Prevention Division of Zhangjiakou Emergency Management Bureau, which include supervising the seismic fortification requirements and seismic safety evaluation of construction projects across the city, jointly promoting the construction of earthquake-safe communities in collaboration with relevant departments, and carrying out work to ensure the seismic safety of rural dwellings and other buildings and structures.
