It shows the compiled Aedes proteins enriched in CidB* interactome data from scaffold data. Data were first ranked by biological replicates of enrichment. Then, ranked by average Frequency score (F-score). 74 total proteins with at least 2 biological replicates. 58 proteins were enriched (i.e., with an average value of F >= 1). Red boxes indicate where a technical replicate was inconsistent i.e., with zero peptides in one technical replicate but >= 1 in another.
