中医临床诊疗方案模型（妇科）数据集

本数据集包括中医妇科若干种常见病的病种临床表现辨别依据、中医分型临床表现辨别依据、中医治则治法、中医处方、医嘱等数据组成，数据主要以“病种”为归纳对象，通过参考国家颁布的临床诊疗指南、国家中医学相关教科书，以及从若干份真实临床病例数据中提取共性临床表现，按数理统计规则进行处理，形成本数据集，可用于中医妇科临床过程中帮助医生提取对应的一般性诊疗预案，加快医生效率，降低误诊率。

This dataset includes data covering the diagnostic criteria for clinical manifestations of several common TCM gynecological diseases, the diagnostic criteria for clinical manifestations of TCM syndrome patterns, TCM therapeutic principles and methods, traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, medical orders, and other related contents. Taking each disease type as the main inductive object, this dataset is compiled by referring to national clinical diagnosis and treatment guidelines, national TCM-related textbooks, extracting common clinical manifestations from multiple authentic clinical case records, and processing the collected data in accordance with mathematical statistical rules. It can be applied in TCM gynecology clinical practice to assist clinicians in extracting corresponding general diagnosis and treatment plans, improving clinical efficiency, and reducing the misdiagnosis rate.
