Data and reproducible analysis for "African Orphan Crops for Food Security and Climate Resilience" (JARE-D-26-02808R1)

This deposit contains the study-level datasets and the executable code that reproduce the quantitative analyses and data figures of the manuscript "African Orphan Crops for Food Security and Climate Resilience" (Journal of Advanced Research, JARE-D-26-02808R1). It includes three machine-readable datasets (nutrient composition, smallholder economics, and ecosystem-service indicators), a Python analysis script with an equivalent base-R port that reproduces the nutritional comparison (log response ratio, Welch and Mann-Whitney tests, Benjamini-Hochberg correction), the economic and carbon-stock cross-checks, and Figures 3, 4 and 5, together with the generated result tables and a README describing every field and step
