Simulations were run based on real HL Tau observational data across nine wavelengths. SED fitting was paired with jet emission modeling to disentangle jet emission from the disk across all wavelengths. The RT_Model folder contains .fits skymodels for simulation purposes to generate observations of a protoplanetary disk and is related to the thesis titled "Disentangling dust and ionised gas emission from protoplanetary disks at cm wavelengths." The parameters by which to optionally scale these models and add additional emission for research purposes are contained within the spreadsheet along with the observational data used to determine the modeling parameters. An assumed emission model is used to determine the generated values within the spreadsheet used to scale the skymodels. Each model is modifiable using these (or other) parameters. The study aimed at simulating observations from 0.7 mm to 60 mm wavelengths and disentangling jet emission from the dust continuum emission emanating from the disk.
