Discrete mathematical model to study population dynamics after an environmental disaster

A discrete mathematical model was developed to study the population dynamics after a time-varying environmental disaster (R4.x261.000:0008). A 5-stage-structure matrix includes parameters for stage-specific survival and transition rates, as well as annual fecundity. This model can be used to examine the sensitivity and elasticity of the model, as well as demographic and environmental stochasticity, and many others.本研究构建了离散数学模型，用于探究时变环境灾害发生后的种群动态变化（R4.x261.000:0008）。该模型采用五级结构矩阵，纳入了阶段特异性存活、转移速率以及年度繁殖力相关参数。此模型可用于分析模型的敏感性与弹性，同时可开展种群统计随机性、环境随机性等多类相关研究。
