EOGD

The E. octocarinatus Genome Database (EOGD), a functional annotation and analysis platform for the global study of the Euplotes genome. EOGD includes macronuclear genomic and transcriptomic data, predicted gene models, coding sequences, protein sequences, and functional annotations.
