Shown parameters are: the mismatch observed mean (Obs. mean), the expansion parameter (τ), time since the expansion (T), the mutation parameter (θ), the female effective population size (N), the scaled migration rate (M) and the immigration rate from neighboring demes (m). Estimates before (time 0) and after (time 1) expansion are given for the mutation parameter and for the female effective population size. PSSD (sum of squared deviations) is the probability of observing a less-good fit between the model and the observed distribution by chance. Bold P values are significant at the 0.05 level.
