Yeast Growth at RT in D2O and DI water

I was performing another experiment that requires timed sample removal every hour (see links below for experimental details). After data collection was complete (after hour 5), I decided to see how much the"stopped" samples (the samples that had been removed from incubation and left out at RT in cuvettes) had grown. Here is the data from this analysis.

I've included the data from hour 5 of the original experiment to compare to the growth of the other samples.
