Data extracted from 86 RCTs for network meta-analysis of Alzheimer's disease multimorbidity interventions

This dataset contains extracted outcome data from 86 randomised controlled trials included in the systematic review and network meta-analysis: "Network Meta-analysis and Umbrella Review of Western Medicine Versus Traditional Chinese Medicine Interventions for Older Adults with Alzheimer's Disease Complicated by Sleep Rhythm Disturbance, Gut Dysbiosis, and Sarcopenia Through the Brain–Gut–Muscle Axis". Data fields include study characteristics (author, year, country, sample size, AD severity, intervention, control, duration), outcome effect sizes with 95% confidence intervals (MMSE, PSQI, ASMI, Shannon index), adverse event rates, and GRADE certainty.
