NRS-22110 | Annual reports [Sydney Observatory]

This series contains reports prepared annually by the Government Astronomer, presenting the activities and achievements of the staff of the Sydney Observatory for the previous year. The Government Astronomer presented the reports to meetings of the Observatory Board (later the Board of Visitors) which was established in 1858 for the purpose of inspecting the Observatory and receiving the Astronomer's report.

本系列收录政府天文学家每年编制的报告，用于汇报悉尼天文台（Sydney Observatory）全体职员在上一年度的工作开展情况与取得的成果。政府天文学家需将此类报告提交至天文台委员会（Observatory Board，后更名为访客委员会（Board of Visitors））的会议；该委员会于1858年设立，其职能为视察天文台并接收天文学家提交的报告。
