These volumes document the daily state of inmates (prisoners) and staff within the Correctional Centre business unit of the PLS. The ‘Distribution’ of staff being their duty assigned or their leave type is noted. The inmate numbers received and/or discharged, numbers separately confined, also includes reports on ration inspection, musters attended, official visitors & visits to prison after 5:30pm. There is also recorded a section for ‘Directions & Special Occurrences’. The record is daily signed off by the Superintendent.
