基于中国科学院普定喀斯特生态系统观测研究站(简称普定站)对黔中高原面陈旗小流域内地下水、地表水的物理化学性质长期定点监测,集成了2016–2022年的水环境特征数据集。本数据集涉及陈旗小流域内的5个监测点,分别是小流域中部的三个地下井(1号、3号和5号井)、小流域地表水总出口及地下水总出口;2016年每季度采样,其余年份则是逐月采样,采集样品时间均为每月中旬;数据包含反映水环境的水温、pH、钙离子、镁离子、钾离子、钠离子、碳酸根离子、重碳酸根离子、氯化物、硫酸根离子、磷酸根离子、硝酸根离子、矿化度、化学需氧量、溶解氧、总氮、总磷、电导率、溶解性有机碳等19个理化特征指标。监测样点布设、采集水样过程、实验室分析和数据分析均遵照中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)和国家科技基础平台要求的规范和标准进行,数据质量可靠,并与网络其他野外台站同类数据具有可比性。这些数据为流域水文地球化学研究提供支持,揭示自然动态变化与人类活动影响,助力水质分析、污染源追踪、物质迁移研究、水资源趋势模拟及生态健康监测,为流域管理与保护提供科学依据。

Puding Karst Ecosystem Observation and Research Station, Chinese Academy of Sciences (abbreviated as Puding Station) conducted long-term in-situ monitoring of the physical and chemical properties of groundwater and surface water in the Chenqi Small Watershed on the central Guizhou Plateau surface. This dataset integrates water environment characteristic data collected from 2016 to 2022. This dataset covers 5 monitoring sites within the Chenqi Small Watershed, including three groundwater wells (Well 1, Well 3, and Well 5) located in the middle of the watershed, as well as the total outlet of surface water and the total outlet of groundwater in the watershed. Sampling was conducted quarterly in 2016 and monthly in other years, with all samples collected in the mid-month of each corresponding period. The data includes 19 physical and chemical characteristic indicators reflecting the water environment, such as water temperature, pH, calcium ions, magnesium ions, potassium ions, sodium ions, carbonate ions, bicarbonate ions, chloride, sulfate, phosphate ions, nitrate ions, salinity, chemical oxygen demand, dissolved oxygen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, electrical conductivity, and dissolved organic carbon. The layout of monitoring sites, water sample collection procedures, laboratory analysis, and data analysis were all carried out in accordance with the specifications and standards required by the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) and the National Science and Technology Infrastructure Platform. The data quality is reliable and comparable with similar data from other field stations of the network. These data support research on watershed hydrogeochemistry, reveal natural dynamic changes and the impacts of human activities, facilitate water quality analysis, pollution source tracking, material migration research, water resource trend simulation, and ecological health monitoring, and provide scientific basis for watershed management and conservation.
