Data from article "Toward to the SERS detection technique of globular analytes: reliability vs sensitivity"

This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the manuscript “Toward to the SERS detection technique of globular analytes: reliability vs sensitivity” submitted to Nanoscale. The data include:1) SEM images of polymer based metal-dielectric resonators. The SEM images were taken with Carl Zeiss Auriga Dual-Beam workstation under normal (high vacuum) mode. Everhart-Thornley Secondary electron detector was used with 200pA e-beam at 20kV landing energy and a working distance of 5.6mm2) AFM images characterizing the surface morphology of the of polymer based metal-dielectric resonators. ;3) SERS&Raman spectra of the polymer based metal-dielectric resonators.The polymer microspheres based metal-dielectric resonators were investigated with unique home-made setup "System for probe-optical 3D correlative microscopy" (IBCh RAS, http://ckp-rf.ru/usu/486825/)  combining confocal microspectroscopy 2&3D scanning probe microscopy in a single apparatus10.1016/j.ultramic.2017.06.022.
