Green Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity as Drivers of Environmental Performance: The Roles of Green Workplace Behavior and Worker Productivity

This repository contains the underlying data supporting the research entitled "Green Ability, Motivation, and Opportunity as Drivers of Environmental Performance: The Roles of Green Workplace Behavior and Worker Productivity." The deposited materials include the raw survey data and the questionnaire instrument used for data collection. The dataset was employed to examine the relationships between green ability, green motivation, green opportunity, green workplace behavior, worker productivity, and environmental performance among employees of Indonesian coffee shops. These data are made publicly available to promote transparency, facilitate research replication, and support future studies in the fields of Green Human Resource Management, sustainability, and environmental performance.
