Data and coding deposit accompanying the manuscript "Dismantling Climate Governance, One Layer at a Time." Contents: (1) corpus_inventory.csv — 118-item inventory of Trump's climate/energy-related public texts (2011–2026) with genre, content summary, key quotes and archival source URL for every item; (2) universe_counts.csv — documented universe sizes per period with citable sources, including the 115-tweet count (Allen & McAleer, 2018) and the Sabin Center Climate Backtracker one-year audit; (3) nodal_corpus_N1-N34.csv — the 34-text nodal corpus with selection status; (4) selection_flow.png — selection flow diagram from universe to nodal corpus (Figure 2 of the article); (5) codebook.md — coding scheme for the three analytical frameworks (obstruction matrix, delegitimation grid, topoi) and micro-linguistic features; (6) coded_matrix_obstruction.csv, coded_matrix_delegitimation.csv, coded_matrix_topoi.csv — coded matrices underlying the article's tables; (7) tweet_ids_exemplars.csv — identifier numbers for cited tweets.
